The effect of peppermint (Mentha spicata L.) essential oil on two different developmental stages of storage pest Ephestia kuehniella Z. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae)

چکیده
Bu çalışmada, Fumigant olarak uygulanan farklı dozlardaki (1, 3, 5 µl/l-1 hava dozu) nane esansiyel yağının Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller)’in iki gelişim evresinin (son dönem larva ve ergin dişi) biyolojik parametreleri üzerindeki zamana bağlı etkisi incelenmiştir. Nane uçucu yağına maruz kalan son evre larvaların koza örme süresi, puplaşma pupal periyot, öncesi süresi ağırlığı ile birlikte bu dişilerin hayat uzunluğu fekunditesi araştırılmıştır. fumigant küçük miktarlarda uygulandığı çalışmalarımıza olarak, E. kuehniella'nın parametrelerinin değiştiği açıkça görülmektedir. Ayrıca zaman dilimlerinde havaya karıştırılan yağının, kuehniella’nın evrelerini şekillerde etkilediği belirlendi. etkiye süresinin 24 saatten sonra kısaldığı 72 etkilenmediği belirlenmiştir. Puplaşma ise diliminde de gözlenirken, periyotun ancak uzadığı İki evresine nanenin, doza fekunditesinin istatistiksel azalttığı azalmanın güvenin bir sonraki nesilde popülasyonunu azaltırken aynı zamanda ürünlere verdikleri zararın da düşmesine neden olacaktır.
